Job Summary

Netspeq Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Technical) with a strong background in managing software development projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the tech industry, with solid knowledge of modern technology stacks including .NET, relational databases, and server management.

This role requires a balance of technical understanding and project management expertise to successfully plan, execute, and deliver high-quality software solutions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end software development projects.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth execution.

Technical Oversight

  • Understand and guide teams working on .NET-based applications.
  • Oversee system architecture, development workflows, and deployment processes.
  • Ensure proper use of relational databases (SQL Server or similar).
  • Supervise server management, hosting, and deployment environments.
  • Review technical solutions and provide inputs for optimization.

Team Coordination

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and designers.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and status reviews.
  • Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide team members where required.

Quality & Delivery

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure proper testing and validation.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously improve processes.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of .NET / .NET Core framework.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
  • Knowledge of server management, deployment, and hosting environments.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and modern web application architecture.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).

  • Proven experience in managing software development projects.
  • Experience in handling .NET-based projects and database-driven applications is preferred.
