Job Summary

Netspeq Solutions is looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer whose primary responsibility is to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The role is design-centric, with secondary involvement in front-end development to ensure smooth implementation of designs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about user experience while having a basic understanding of how designs translate into functional applications.

Key Responsibilities

Primary – UI/UX Design

  • Understand business requirements and convert them into user-centric designs.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Design responsive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and layouts.
  • Improve user experience based on feedback, analytics, and testing.

Secondary – Development Support

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Provide design specifications, assets, and interaction guidelines.
  • Perform minor front-end tasks using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, or React (basic level).
  • Assist in resolving UI-related issues during development.
  • Ensure responsiveness and usability across different devices and browsers.

Technical Skills Required

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with Bootstrap or front-end frameworks.
  • Understanding of usability testing and user behavior analysis.
  • Basic exposure to React.js or similar frameworks is a plus.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internship/project experience preferred).

Portfolio Requirement

  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX case studies, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs is mandatory.
